Hi all
Have just had a lovely weekend at Cunj. Nice to spend a whole weekend not bothering about weeds. And amazing to have the whole beach to myself, I'm selfish like that, but I really love it.
Today just enjoying a quiet birthday at home, and shall soon jump on the bike and head to the beach.
Jane C has just dropped in for tea and cake and has given me a few treasures. It wont be long before she starts on her road trip to the Northern Territory. Shes almost all packed up, has rented out her place and has got her home on wheels looking very cosy. I'm very excited for her, and look forward to following her on her travels via social media, when she sorts that out.
Only about 4 weeks till Moo comes out!!
Second monday in a row that we will be having Indonesian potato fritters for dinner. I'm just trying to master them, and fortunately Hasi is a fan, so wont mind them again.
Anyone going to Wales should check out www and look at The Witches Cauldron. Moo was telling me about it this morning. Moo and Jules have just been there, and it looks amazing, especially if you are in to sea kayaking.
That's it for now, beach s beaconing,
Love Zak

Welsh Greetings
Hi All,
Hope everyone reading this is well and happy, as we are here.
The rain has gone for a few days and it is cold! Winter has finally arrived. Dry and cold is preferable to wet and mild. Weather report over.
Jules celebrated his birthday yesterday. Not much celebrating really. I was at work. Have taken the rest of the week off. We are having a night away tomorrow as a belated celebration. Don't know where yet, we are still discussing it. Jules wants to go to West Wales, I want to go somewhere else for a change. Will let you know.
Went to Cardiff on Saturday with a few girls to watch the rugby. Went to a pub to watch, not the stadium. Was a good day out. The six nations is a close contest this year.
Have Claire's Christmas gift. Will bring it with me and post from there I think. Jules is still shopping for Hasi!
No flight booked yet but hope to see you about mid March.
Still plenty of work available. Hoping not to do too many nights. They get harder as you get older!
Think that's it for now. Haven't heard if I've won the Bluesfest tickets yet.
Love to all. xxxxx

greetings from the south coast
hi
Moo I just have to say that as far as I am concerned you are now going to the blues fest, as you always have luck in competitions, I I'm looking forward to it more each minute,
And also Moo I am reading n Anita Shreve book called Body Surfing. I'm pretty sure I haven't read it before, but I often don't know for sure till I get half way through. Its an easy read. I,ll keep it for you if you havent read it.
More rain last night and now there is no rain, but its cool with a raging wind. Crazy weather.
Hasi and I went to our first Spanish lesson this week. Interesting for the old brain to get its self around a completely new concept. I think the course is 8 weeks, so we will see how it goes.
Moo hope you re feelng better and the quarantine is lifted.
Thats it for now
Love Zak

Welsh Greetings
Hi All,
Not sorry I missed the rain Kate, but we have had plenty here. At least over there it's warm rain!
January is a quiet time here really so not much to tell.
Gail was surprised when she arrived for darts practice last week to find so many people present to celebrate her 60th birthday. Was a lovely evening - and we even managed some practice later. Called to Gail's house on the Monday which was her actual birthday. Several visitors called. Think she enjoyed her day.
Had a couple of nights last week. Since finishing work on Friday morning I haven't left the house. Have a blocked nose and Jules has me under house arrest.
Have a few study days booked in February. One for work and one for being a landlord. We are still hoping to get a week away in the sun somewhere but the deals aren't as good as we had hoped.
Looking at flights around mid March to come to Aus, but nothing definite yet.
Have entered a competition to win tickets to Bluesfest so could still get there. Such a great line up. Would love to be going.
Hope you are all well and happy. Jules is fine too. Love to all. xxxx
