Hi all
Oh my god Im in Darwin! Mart and Clare collected me from the airport, Clare was thoroughly amused that I was wearing my jacket when they met me, but the flight up was cold, and as well as my jacket, I had a blanket on in the plane.
Now Im in shorts and singlet! Yesterday went walking on the beach, swimming in the pool, and just hanging around with Mart.
Today doing some chores and just chilling out. Tonight we are off to Mindl Beach night markets, famous for great food and amazing sunsets. Clare tells me the people gathered there 'clap the sunset'-is that too weird to be true?? stay tuned.
The op shopping expedition we will save till Saturday so Clare doesnt miss out.
Monday we plan to get the boat out on the harbour, and Tuesday we will spend the day at Litchfield. The amazing thing is you dont have to worry about a change of plan in case it rains-because it wont!! Moo and Jules you probably dont get this idea at all, even for Illawarra folk, its a bit strange.
Anyway, time for a dip,
