Hi all,
So another day in the lovely El Tunco, after a great night sleep.
Walking round town, on the beach, swimming, eating, reading. A real holiday day.
Being Saturday night it's noisy, music coming from every direction.
No wonder people with schizophrenia often don't want to leave their house, the world is so noisy!
Anyway I just want to get back in the hammock and get stuck into my new book I reading.
Really that's it for today
Love to all,
Zak
Hi there,
I have to agree with Kate, noisenoisenoise, from literally all directions. The young crowd on the ground level, with Symapathy for the devil (that's the Rolling Stones for those not quite familiar with the history of Roch n Roll),Salsa from the beach bar, Reggae from the restaurant up the street, chatting and loud chatting from the veranda next door, and a lot of yelling from before mentioned young crowd down below us, as they get progressively pisster. And as all the bars, pubs and restaurants have no walls, the music travels FAR and LOUD. Massive speakers, by the way, everywhere ...
And here's us old folks, with a bottle of rum, a book and the sudoku mag... Hammocks waiting, looking inviting,
Has the time come? Are we getting too old for this? It pains me to even think that way, but maybe even I have to accept the fact that I / we am / are not thirty anymore...
Only ten more days before the long way back, via San Salvador, Mexico City, Los Angeles, Sydney and the trip down to the Illawarra... Time flies.
That's all for today, hasta luego,
Hasi
